Common questions

Clear before
we begin.

Who do you dispatch for?

TruckPeak Dispatch serves U.S. owner-operators and small carriers, with a focus on Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Power Only equipment.

Do I approve every load?

Yes. There is no forced dispatch. Nothing is booked without your clear approval.

What does 24/7 support cover?

Support is available around the clock for dispatch-related changes and issues on active loads, including broker communication and appointment coordination.

How is the dispatch fee calculated?

The starting rate is 3% of gross booked freight. The final rate is negotiable based on fleet size and service needs and is confirmed before service begins.

Do you guarantee loads, rates, or revenue?

No. Freight availability and rates change with equipment, lane, timing, season, broker requirements, and market conditions. We do not publish fabricated earnings claims or guarantee a specific result.

Can a new operating authority apply?

Yes. Broker qualification rules may limit available loads for newer authorities, so we review each operation and set realistic expectations before onboarding.
