Local and regional load search
We search for straight-truck freight that matches your box size, payload, lanes, and schedule, and present the options to you.
Box Truck Dispatch
Truck Peak finds local and regional freight that fits your box dimensions and payload, confirms liftgate and dock requirements, and negotiates carrier pay with brokers. You approve every load first.
Box Truck Dispatch
A straight truck can run local and regional freight that a tractor-trailer cannot, but only if the load fits the box: pallet count, weight, door height, and whether a liftgate or pallet jack is needed at the stop.
We confirm those details with the broker before you approve a load, and we count the whole trip when comparing rates, because short runs with long deadhead can look better than they are.

Pallet count, weight, dimensions, liftgate, pallet jack, and dock height versus ground-level delivery are confirmed before booking.
We negotiate within your minimum and show you how the rate looks once pickup deadhead is counted.
Pickup and delivery windows, multi-stop details, carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOL and POD handoff, and invoice preparation.
Illustrative numbers only, not a quote or a market rate:
$2.50 per loaded mile is $2.20 per mile after 35 miles of pickup deadhead. On short runs, a small amount of deadhead moves the real rate a lot, which is why we count it.

Common questions
It depends on your truck's rated weight and what you haul. Check your vehicle's rating and your state's rules. We do not give legal advice, but we confirm your equipment details before dispatching.
If you haul federally regulated freight for compensation across state lines, you generally need a USDOT number and operating authority. Check the current rules with FMCSA for your situation.
