Temperature-controlled load search
We search for reefer freight that matches your lanes, schedule, and trailer, and present each option with the details that matter for reefer.
Reefer Dispatch
Truck Peak finds temperature-controlled freight that fits your reefer, negotiates carrier pay with brokers, and keeps appointments and paperwork organized. You approve every load first.
Reefer Dispatch
Temperature-controlled freight comes with requirements that a dry van never sees: set point, continuous or cycle mode, pre-cooling, and temperature records. A load that looks good on the rate can lose money if the details are wrong or the appointment runs long.
We confirm the requirements before you approve a load, and we keep the broker conversation clear on who is responsible for what if the freight arrives out of temperature range.
We search for reefer freight that matches your lanes, schedule, and trailer, and present each option with the details that matter for reefer.
Set point, continuous versus cycle mode, pre-cool expectations, and any temperature recording or seal requirements are confirmed before booking.
We negotiate within the minimum you set, and we show you how the offered rate compares once the whole trip is counted.
Pickup and delivery windows, lumper and unloading details, carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOL and POD handoff, and invoice preparation.
Illustrative numbers only, not a quote or a market rate:
$2.96 per loaded mile becomes $2.74 per mile with 90 miles of pickup deadhead. Reefer unit fuel is a real cost on top of tractor fuel and is not deducted here, so compare loads on a full cost basis.
